These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GeoToolBox web application ("the Service"). Please read them carefully before using the Service.

By accessing or using GeoToolBox, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
GeoToolBox provides a set of browser-based tools for viewing, converting, transforming and analyzing geospatial data formats such as GeoJSON, KML, WKT and Shapefiles. All processing is performed locally in your web browser.
3. No account required
GeoToolBox does not require user registration or authentication. You may use the tools without creating an account or providing personal information.
4. Your data
Files and data that you upload, paste or generate within GeoToolBox are processed locally in your browser. We do not upload, store or process your data on our servers. You are responsible for the data you choose to process and for compliance with any applicable laws or regulations.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use GeoToolBox only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to distribute malware, infringe intellectual property rights, violate privacy laws, or engage in any activity that is unlawful or harmful to others.
6. Intellectual property
The GeoToolBox name, logo, and the code and content of the Service are the property of the GeoToolBox maintainer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimers
GeoToolBox is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted. Results from geospatial tools should be verified independently before use in critical or production workflows.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the GeoToolBox maintainer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service owner operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
